Where can I rent a car?
Very close to us, right to the corner of Via del Porcellana. In Borgognissanti there are the major offices of car rentals and scooters.
What are your customers like?
Travellers, tourists and artists...
Of course we welcome customers of all ages, but certainly for the decoration and services we offer, most of our customers are very young or feel so!
What are the check in and check out timetable?
Check in time must be booked by taking an appointment at
least one day before the arrival date, so everything will be ready on the arrival.
Normally it’s after 11 a.m. to enable us to prepare and clean the room, and is possible until 8 pm
If you arrive before (always agreed in advance) you
Have the possibility to leave your luggage waiting for the checkin.
Checkout time is from 10.30 / 11.00 a.m.
Is the structure accessible to the disable?
Unfortunately we are on the first floor without a lift, also the internal structure of the rooms doesn’t permit the access to disabled people , we’re sorry for this impossibility.
Are prices referred per person or per room?
The prices indicated are per room.
The tourist tax is 2.50€/person per night.
How can we reach you arriving by train?
BBH is near the railway station of S. Maria Novella, which is just 5 minutes walking. Leaving the train station to the left side, you’ll see the
back of the tower of the Church of Santa Maria
Novella.
Reach it across the street (in front of you there’s a tourist-office) by going left along the walls of
the Church to get into Via degli Avelli.
You will arrive in Piazza Santa Maria Novella, cross to the arcade and see in front of you the New Museum of 900.
Turn right to Via della SCALA and the first street you cross is VIA DEL PORCELLANA , we are at number 14 black.

How can we reach you arriving by car and where can we park?
You will find information and links on the page of our website. Remember that we are in the restricted traffic zone access (Z.T.L.) and for this reason it’s monitored by video cameras switched on from 7.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday until 6 p.m. , during holidays the access is free except on Summer weekends when, starting from the month of May, there is a limited access from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m.) so to avoid any penalties you can access and park in one of the garage in the city center which will be responsible to report to police station that the car was allowed to enter the restricted area. We just suggested a few places to park close to our location, but there are several others just nearby.
Last Notice: Do not use bus and taxi lanes!
Is it possible to have breakfast included at a supplemental cost?
In order to not offer a less than satisfactory service, we prefer to keep our prices to a minimum, allowing our guests the freedom to go to nearby coffee bars and bakeries for their breakfast.
Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes, each room has a private bathroom with shower
Smoking is permitted?
The common spaces are non-smoking, however we have left an ashtray in each room, asking you to respect customers who will come after you
Can we pay by credit card?
Yes, we do accept Visa and MasterCard , however, because of high fees commissions, we kndly ask you to pay cash when it’s possible
Is t possible to leave luggages on the day of departure?
You can leave the room when you want in case there are no other reservations the day of check out,. If we are sure to be present at the time of your departure, we will keep your luggage in our small
reception and return to the time requested.
If this is not possible, we remind you there is a safe place to leave the luggage at the central station of Santa Maria Novella very convenient rates.
